DESPITE a one goal deficit from the 3-2 FA Cup defeat to defending champions Kelantan in the first-leg in Kota Baru last week, PKNS FC coach Wan Jamak Wan Hassan is a cool figure for tomorrow’s return-leg at the Selayang Stadium.

The former national coach has an ace in the pack to frustrate The Red Warriors, following the return of Liberian hitman Patrick ‘Ronaldinho’ Wleh from a knee injury.

“We carry a one goal deficit from the first leg, but we also have two away goals and we hope to ride on this against the champions,” Wan Jamak told Sports247.my.

Wleh did not play in the scoreless draw against Sime Darby after he sustained a hard knock in Kota Baru.

Wan Jamak is now counting on Wleh and Croatian striker Karlo Primorac, dubbed the ‘twin terrors”, to deliver against the Red Warriors who seem to have checked their sluggish start to the season.

“Kelantan will come in with confidence boosted after they beat us in the first-leg and the win over T-Team. But I have my plans at Selayang.

“We have to stop them from scoring and the only way is to frustrate them. With the return of Wleh, we have two strikers who can hit the back of the net.

“They (Wleh and Karlo) are quick and I have faith in them,” added Wan Jamak, who, admitted that reports of the club’s fund mismanagement have affected the team to a certain extent.
