Myanmar are looking at the AYA Bank Cup in June this year to give their team a fine tune ahead of the AFF Suzuki Cup which they will co-host with the Philippines later this year.
The AYA Bank Cup 2016 will allow the team under German Gerd Ziese a chance to not only work on his team but also present him with an opportunity to assess his opponents.
The other three teams taking part in the quadrangular meet are Vietnam, Hong Kong and Singapore.
The 3 June event at the Thuwunna YTC Stadium is a straight knockout format.
Vietnam will face Hong Kong in the first of the two semi-finals, following by Myanmar taking on Singapore.
The two winning sides will then meet on 6 June 6, to play for the trophy and the USD20,000 prize. The second-placed side will win USD10,000.
The two losing teams will play for USD5000.
