The Malaysia Cricket Association will be organizing the inaugural MCA T20 Championship starting 30th May till 4th June 2016. The Championship has attracted 5 teams. They are Kuala Lumpur, Negeri Sembilan, Perak, MAF ‘A’ & MAF ‘B’. All matches are scheduled to be played at the Kinrara Oval.
All five teams will play a single round-robin league. The top 2 teams of the league will qualify for the final, while the 3rd & 4th placed teams will play for the 3rd/4th placing match. The final is scheduled to start 1.30pm on Saturday, 4th June 2016.
