Myanmar beat Sri Lanka 2-0 in the first of a two-match friendlies that was played at the Thuwunna Stadium tonight.
Lwin Moe Aung nailed the opener in the 16th minute before Maung Maung Lwin add the second in the 53rd minute.
“The players did exactly what they had done during the short period of preparation for this match,” said newly-appointed Myanmar national team head coach Myo Hlaing Win.
