Scheunemann fires Indonesia over Malaysia; Singapore hold Timor Leste

Claudia Scheunemann fired a late winner as Indonesia triumphed over Malaysia 1-0 in the ASEAN Women’s Cup 2024 at the National Stadium KM16.

The 15-year-old scored the only goal of the game in the 79^th minute.

In the meantime, Singapore held Timor Leste to a 1-1 draw in an earlier match.

Nur Farhanah Ruhaizat had given Singapore the lead in the 42^nd minute before Timor Leste replied with the late equaliser through Natacia FloraBoavida Pereira (90^th+5).
