Interim head coach Mai Duc Chung has announced the Vietnam squad which will take on Cambodia in the next 2019 AFC Asian Cup qualifiers on 10 October 2017 in Hanoi.
The match at the My Dinh National Stadium is a reverse of a Group C game that was played in Phnom Penh last month in which Vietnam walked away 2-1 winners.
The 24 players selected comprised of three goalkeepers – Huynh Tuan Linh of Quang Ninh Coal, Nguyen Tuan M?nh of Sanna Khanh Hoa and Bui Tien Dung of FLC Thanh Hoa.
Defenders are Que Ng?c Hai of Song Lam Nghe An alongside five other players while at midfield, there will be Dinh Thanh Trung from Quang Nam.
Leading the attack would be Nguyen Van Quyet of Hanoi, M?c Hong Quan of Quang Ninh Coal, Nguyen Cong Phuong of Hoang Anh Gia Lai, Ha Duc Chinh of SHB Da Nang and youngsters Ngan Van D?i of Saigon FC.
