30-race championship for EURO 100,000 – including 6 races at the Malaysian Formula 1 Grand Prix
F4SEA is a 30-race 5-event championship visiting Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines. To minimize time off school there are 6 races per event, where the driver receives 6 hours elite training and gains 6,300km experience. Each event is televised and broadcast to 100m households.
The ‘one’ concept enables F4SEA to be a cost-effective transition from karting to formula motorsport:
- One-team: Exclusive race team services
- One-make: FIA F4 homologated race car
- One-cost: €100,000 (+registration/testing/damage)
- One-data: Open data rule for an equal playing field
- One-dream: Win 12 FIA F1 Super License Points
To motivate reward and inspire our young drivers we are happy to confirm a prize fund of RM1million for the 2017-18 Championship.
Calendar
F4 SEA is a 30 race championship, commencing in Sepang supporting the Malaysian F1 on 29 September 2017 and visiting Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines before the final round back in Sepang on 8 February 2018.
