Indonesia are aiming for the overall title in the AFF Under-15 Championship which kicks off next month in Chonburi, Thailand.
This after the Indonesia U15 team won the Tien Phong Plastic Cup 2017 a few days ago ahead of hosts Vietnam.
“I am optimistic where at the time same too setting the target is also important. The boys will get the chance to compete,” said Indonesian U15 head coach Fachri Husaini.
“At the age-group all teams are the same and as such I believe that we can be competitive in Thailand.”
The AFF U15 meet has been set for 9-22 July and where they have been placed in a tough Group A against hosts Thailand, Australia, Myanmar, Laos and Singapore.
Group B are Vietnam, Cambodia, Timor Leste, Malaysia, Philippines and Brunei DS.
