Controversial striker Kyaw Ko Ko is back in the Myanmar squad, ahead of the team’s AFC Asian Cup qualifying round in April.
Ko Ko, was dropped from the team during their tour of Europe last year when they were preparing for the AFF Suzuki Cup 2016.
Myanmar head coach Gerd Zeise has also recalled goalkeeper Thiha Si Thu for the qualifiers where they have been drawn in Group A against India, Kyrgyzstan and Macau.
New call-ups into the 26-man squad are Tin Win Aung, Thet Naing, Thein Than Win, Phone Thit Sar Min and Tluanghup Thang.
