NATIONAL women’s doubles coach Rosman Razak said today the Djarum Superliga, which kicks-off tomorrow in Surabaya, Indonesia is a good platform for our backup shuttlers to prove their worth.
Rosman, who has accompanied men’s singles coach Rashid Sidek to the tournament, will be overseeing the Malaysian Tigers in the men’s team event.
“This is a very good platform for our backup shuttlers, because if you look at all the other clubs, they have some really big names in their lineup. It’s at tournaments like these where our shuttlers will get a chance to have that big tournament feel, going up against some of the top shuttlers in the world.
“I’m here to assist Rashid as most of our coaches are still on Chinese New Year break, and I hope our boys will use this opportunity well,” Rosman said.
