Selangor capped their capture of the Malaysia Premier Futsal League (MPFL) 2019 with a big win over Kedah in their final game of the season.
The Klang Valley outfit was irrepressible in their final game of the season when they blasted Kedah 4-1 off a hat trick from Fariq Mohammad (2nd, 14th and 35th) and another from Shamsul Akmar Zamri (3rd).
Norhamidrul Saleh pulled a goal back for Kedah in the 25th minute of play.
The win gave Selangor the title this year with 41 points from 16 matches played as Pahang – who fell to a 3-2 loss to Penang in their final game of the year – had to be content with the second spot at seven points behind.
Terengganu finished the season on third with 27 points while KL City FC propped the standings with just three points.
